Description
This work consists of three acrylic-on-canvas paintings, capturing the arched neck of the Arabian horse, one of its most defining features in beauty competitions.
The work presents three horses in different colors to highlight the variation in the outward appearance of Arabian horses, while affirming their shared Arabian origin. The background colors were chosen to reflect this concept, with each tone emphasizing the visual distinction of the horse it accompanies:
• Chestnut (Kumait – كُميت): A reddish-brown coat, one of the most common Arabian horse colors, strongly linked to desert lineages.
• Grey (Ashhab – أشهب): A light grey coat that turns whiter with age, considered one of the most distinctive and desirable Arabian horse colors.
• Dark Bay / Blackish (Adham – أدهم): A dark brown coat close to black, less common but traditionally associated with strength and presence in Arabian heritage.
Medium: Acrylic on canvas
Size: 30 × 30 cm each (triptych)
This artwork is sold unframed. However, framing is available upon request for an additional fee.
